Background Story

Possessed by the Ifrit creature, Jawa Dhuka, Djinn of Desire and Battle

Cloe Flux and her brother Ryan were raised together in a home that was grounded in the love of knowledge. As their father gave them a grand education, including the many aspects of magic and alchemy, the two grew up in an atmosphere of powerful experiences. However, Cloe’s heart was drawn to adventure and eventually she left her home in search of the world. Upon finding the Magi Tower in Ireem, she realized she had found a place where her brother could find solace in study, while she found adventure with a sword. 

However, Ryan disappeared. As she sought to find him throughout the realm, she discovered a powerful man, once a djinn, but now human once more, who moved her heart. Bound to him, she brought down the wrath of the Magi who would not see one of their own in thrall to another as they thought the danger too great that the magic would be abused. As Cloe did trust her human Master, she sought the help of the Djinn to provide her a shelter so that the magic would be protected. As the djinn are creatures of love which rules all else, she would be allowed to submit to another, her heart belonging to the mysterious human who was once djinn. Embraced by these people, she wished to become one of them and the great leader turned her, giving her the gift of a stone that would hold her power - that she could offer to her Master.

This was not to be as easy as a simple turning. During the process that would make her Djinn, an awakening occurred, calling forth the essence of a powerful Ifrit. Jawa Dhuka was once a Djinn of fire who was vanquished by a human. Jawa had fallen to the charms of a man who moved her heart and comforted her spirit in a way that was beyond the skill of any other. Having given herself to this man, she left herself vulnerable by devoting herself to her human form. The man was a knight, born of duty and sworn to be loyal to the palace. However, another knight discovered the secret of Jawa and wished to possess her for himself. He poisoned the dates that she would serve her love, killing him and raising her wrath and reverting her to her former nature. As she began to transform, the knight brought forth a Mage to cast a spell over her that would nullify her powers. As he sought to capture her, she brought him into battle and was mortally wounded. As she lay dying, she crawled to the temple, laying herself at its steps, knowing the stone would hide the fire and flame that would consume her. She brought out a pouch that contained the blood of the phoenix, which would grant her resurrection at an opportune moment. Her last vision was to see the dying face of the knight as he was consumed by the fire that took her body.

As the great leader of the Djinn cast her powers over Cloe to change her into a being of magic and love, the essence of Jawa Dhuka was awakened. The change within Cloe was fused to the essence of this powerful and ancient Ifrit and the essence of fire laced her veins and filled her passions and fueled her bloodlust. With the stone of power given to her great love, the power of Jawa Dhuka would manifest in power, desire, battle, and passion. Over all, the power of flame would have dominion. 

The one thing you must know is that I might fight knights when my Master is threatened or attacking them - as a knight killed Jawa's one true love.
