~The djinn tribes~
we may come from different tribes but i don't think it necessary to dive these into clans , infact i think its unwise and will make the djinn weaker in the long run..hence i started the misfits clan (24) although not all in other clans are not loyal to me .So its not necessary to assume they are enemies either.
The nature of a djinn
Sometimes I hesitate to put this in writing lest it be used against me and my people, but it becomes clear to me that the young may need certain schooling and there is little out there to point them in the right direction..
we are ethereal creatures made of magic and thus follow the basic principals of most majics - for most cultures there are some simple laws..
*true names*
There is part of the djinn nature revealed in all our histories and it is the importance of words..words bind a djinn ..and a djinn is bound by what she or he may say. For instance every djinn has a true name ....this name can be used to command the djinn.. so few of us allow others to know our true name lest we we bound to serve that person in some way.. for the ritual of binding a djinn requires it, as does that of bringing a djinn into being..
consider your true nature and you true name will come to you..
most of you have a name by now - i enjoy researching them but heres a useful place for names
